How can I help?

• Donations:

• Acceptable:

• New items of all kinds.  There is no minimum and not maximum.

• Antiques and collector’s items.

• Monetary Donation

• Handmade items of professional quality

• Not Acceptable:

• A gift which is a partial payment, ex. 20% off, or 50% profit

• Used (except for antiques) damaged, soiled, or deteriorated merchandise

• Perishables – ask willing donors to provide a Gift Certificate

• Gift gathering party

• Host a party where all your friends bring gifts to donate to the auction.  This party can be a themed party, dinner party or just friends getting together.

• Decorating

• Help create a theme - Indiana Jones

• Decorate the auction site

• Booths

• Centerpieces for tables

• Publicity

• Contact businesses for donations or auction items

• Contact city businesses for advertising e.g.  WEAR, PNJ, Gosport etc.

• Circulate flyers to local Lutheran Churches, businesses, family and friends!

• Auction Items

• Help is always needed to sort  the auction items, catalog them, take pictures to post on the website, transport the items to storage unit and then to the auction site.

• Babysitting

• Is needed the night of the auction.  This takes place at the school.
